Q. Can I place my order by phone?

Q. What credit cards do you take?
A. Currently we only accept Visa & Mastercard online or by phone. We do have an account with Pay Pal if you're familiar with them and would like to utilize their services. To pay by Pay Pal, simply email us ahead of time and we'll make those arrangements for you!

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is "flat rate" (see exceptions) and chart below.

Exceptions for "flat rate" shipping: Additional fees may apply for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and any Military address ~ including APO, FPO, etc. Orders to these locations require shipment via US Postal Service instead of our normal service through UPS. Depending on the final weight of the package (based on total number of favors ordered), postage may be considerably more than basic shipping charges.

Additional fees WILL apply for shipments to Puerto Rico as well as any International address (i.e. Canada, UK, etc.) Please email first for shipping quote, or be sure to monitor your email for shipping quotes. Your order will not be processed until additional charges are approved.

Q: Will I have to be home to sign for my package?
A: Sometimes, yes. We ship orders via UPS and USPS Priority Mail, and some carriers do require signature on "packages". It seems to vary by area, and can be at the discretion of the driver and/or carrier depending on the perceived safety of the package if left unattended. If you think you might not be able to be home during normal delivery hours, we will gladly ship to an alternate address (i.e. work address, neighbor, etc.).

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders are ready to ship in 3-4 business days (weekends and holidays are not counted as business days). Shipping can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on how far the package has to travel.

Q: Where are you located?
A: West/Central Indiana.

Q: Can my order be rushed?
A: Yes, we offer rush services. We don't charge a flat "rush fee" for expediting your order. If we feel we cannot meet your time frame, we will tell you right away. Additional fees will apply for upgraded shipping services (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Express Mail, etc.) so you will need to approve the "additional" charges before your order can be started.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You may cancel your order for any reason before the order ships. Once an order is complete and has been shipped, it is "closed" and cannot be cancelled.

Q: I changed my mind, can I return my order?
A: We do understand that sometimes there may be a situation where you would want to return your order. If this happens, contact our office right away. Any returns must be received at our facility within 10 days from the date they were delivered.

** Important note ** We do NOT issue refunds on returns ~ all returns will be given a "store credit" redeemable at any site owned and operated by TAB Enterprises (see Re-stocking fees may apply. Be sure to contact us BEFORE you return any products to ensure proper processing.
